GISShapeViewer

This is a basic ShapeFile viewer which I created several years ago... I developed this using the ArcView ShapeFile specification paper, and so it tends to pick up any anomalies in shapefiles .. useful if they do not load into your GIS program...

Win XP and above...  GISShapeViewer
